Rules That Apply to All Members
Eligibility and Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without notice. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions
All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification; you must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be approved. jlmaam reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds or the identity of the account holder at any time. Any attempt to manipulate transactions, exploit system errors, or engage in fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Acceptable Use of the Platform
The jlmaam platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or gives you an unfair advantage over other members. Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. jlmaam reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is evidence of rule violations or technical errors that materially affected the outcome.
Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
jlmaam strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who are under the legal age, residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is not permitted, or persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming services. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions — including the use of false identity documents, proxy servers, or third-party accounts — will result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of any remaining balance. Members found to be engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law will be reported to the relevant authorities. jlmaam also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. If your account is terminated for a breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any deposits or pending balances associated with the violation.
Limitation of Liability and Platform Availability
jlmaam provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability, and jlmaam will not be held liable for any losses arising from such interruptions. The platform is provided for entertainment purposes, and jlmaam makes no warranties regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the site. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmaam's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty days preceding the claim. Members accept that participation in online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that jlmaam is not responsible for any losses incurred through normal gameplay.
Changes to These Terms
jlmaam reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility as a member to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates that may affect your use of the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, jlmaam will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members through the platform or via the email address associated with their account. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the jlmaam platform that cannot be resolved through our internal support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By using this platform, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in these courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jlmaam with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
